3. Digital Marketing & IT Administrator

(Hybrid / Remote – Results-Oriented)

We are looking for a tech-savvy, marketing-minded person to build and maintain our online presence and support our business growth.

What you will do:

• Manage and update The Pilates Room website (Hostinger-based): pages, products, simple SEO, landing pages and basic troubleshooting

• Oversee all social media presence and consistency across platforms:

  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, and blog posts on the website

• Plan and execute a content calendar that reflects our brand, services and promotions

• Create and post engaging content (photos, short videos, reels, simple graphics)

• Coordinate with the TPR “family” (instructors, clients, partners) to feature real stories, testimonials and behind-the-scenes content

• Track simple metrics (reach, engagement, leads) and suggest improvements

• Suggest and implement digital campaigns to promote new packages, workshops or services

Who you are:

• Comfortable working independently with clear deliverables and deadlines

• Strong understanding of social media, basic SEO and digital marketing principles

• Able to write clear, simple, on-brand captions and basic website copy

• Basic photography and videography skills (studio, clients, short clips)

• Experience with simple design or editing tools is an advantage (e.g., Canva)

• Result-oriented: you care about engagement, enquiries and conversions, not just posting for the sake of posting

This role does not require you to be physically in the studio daily. You will work closely with the founder and team, mostly online, with occasional in-person visits when needed.
