THE PILATES ROOM — CANCELLATION POLICY Last updated: November 2025

1. Standard Session Cancellations

Clients must cancel their Pilates session at least 12 hours before the scheduled time.
Cancellations made after the 12-hour window will be considered a late cancellation and the session will be deducted from your package.

2. No-Shows

Failure to attend a booked session without cancellation will result in the session being marked as completed.

3. Duet Sessions

Both clients must cancel at least 12 hours in advance.
If one participant cancels late or does not attend, the session will still proceed and be counted as completed.

4. Workshops or Events

Cancellations for workshops or special events must be made at least 48 hours in advance to avoid session loss.

5. Studio-Initiated Cancellations

If The Pilates Room cancels or reschedules a session due to instructor availability, maintenance, or safety reasons, a replacement session or credit will be provided.
